We’ve built a team of creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders to unlock endless possibility for our customers and partners with the power of OCI. We are now seeking an excellent Senior Regional Manager (SRM) to lead a field sales team in our machine learning vertical.
The ideal candidate for the SRM role will have passions for leadership and ground breaking technology. This role requires a technical foundation, with knowledge of the machine learning industry and Oracle’s dedication to computing cloud services.

OCI has a leading solution for training and running large machine learning models. As a Sr Sales Manager, AI & Machine Learning, you will work with companies whose core business is artificial intelligence and machine learning. These companies are changing the world using high performance computing to solve complex mathematical, scientific, and business problems. Your role is to advance and to accelerate the missions of these companies using OCI.
• 5+ years of cloud sales management, or comparable experience.
• Experience overachieving large quotas or a demonstrated success managing a P&L.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.
• Ability to hire and train top talent.
• Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles in a matrix environment with demonstrated experience in complex commercial structures.
• Experience selling cloud infrastructure or related services at other cloud-based companies.

• Experience in core artificial intelligence as well as machine learning. Deep knowledge and passion for the industry and participants.
• Experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
• Master of Science or PhD, engineering or computer science or equivalent, preferred.
