Position Overview: Senior Generative AI Engineer
As a Senior Generative AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Microsoft 365 AI/ML platforms to enhance their technological capabilities. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all M365 platform Copilot capabilities, including Copilot M365, Copilot Web, Copilot Fabric, Copilot Studio, and others. Additionally, you will serve as a point of escalation for complex integration issues, applying your expert-level technical and analytical abilities to identify, communicate, and resolve challenges effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain all M365 platform Copilot capabilities, ensuring stability and smooth operation.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex integration issues, providing expert-level technical support.
• Apply advanced technical and analytical skills to identify, communicate, and resolve complex issues promptly.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less senior engineers, fostering their professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft 365 and AI/ML, driving continuous improvement.
• Integrate applications within Microsoft Teams, leveraging Microsoft Graph and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Microsoft 365 infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proficiency in integrating applications within Microsoft Teams and/or other collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
• Experience with SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 offerings.
• Ability to perform and deliver integration work, not just manage or analyze it.
• Technical leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring junior team members.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and/or Microsoft Fabric is desired.
• Preferred experience with AI/ML capabilities, specifically Copilot M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Web.
• Ability to manage complexity, deal with ambiguity, and drive results.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business units and stakeholders.
