We are looking for someone with expertise in generative AI development and pipeline delivery methodologies. We are currently seeking an AI Delivery Architect to join our Digital & Technology team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:
• Lead the development and execution of AI projects within the AI Pod, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement applications related to generative AI using design thinking methodologies and develop enterprise ready capabilities. Includes defining and prioritizing product requirements across the application lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain application delivery pipelines within Azure DevOps & GitHub Enterprise.
• Analyze current and future generative AI trends and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity and translate them into actionable pilots.
• Build and execute on the product roadmap, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring that it reflects the evolving needs of the business.
• Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize user experience.

What we want you to have:
• Bachelor’s Degree and six years’ experience OR Master’s Degree and four years’ experience in digital transformations, enterprise application delivery, AI or design thinking are required.
• Proven experience as a Python application architect, preferably with AI or automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies including Python, LangChain, and RPA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning, as well as the ability to work independently in an evolving and changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions, inclusive of strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge and experience of innovation approaches, activities (i.e. hackathon challenges) and experimental processes.
• Ability to balance enthusiasm and realism when communicating new ideas.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $112,800.00 – $163,500.00 / annually.
